Metro Agency is looking to fill a full time position.  We are currently looking to add a Licensed Customer Service Representative.  Applied Systems TAM experience preferable please reply with resume to aaron@metroagency.net or adam@metroagency.net

Responsibilities:
-Round accounts
-Follow up on delayed new, renewal, and changes from carriers
-Follow up on reported claims to assure adjuster has been in contact
-Answer incoming calls
-Assist clients with all service needs or direct them to appropriate people
-Invoice for downloaded transactions
-Obtain/Maintain Insurance License
-Work with potential cancelations to retain customer
-Check carrier documents for accuracy and make corrections with carriers
-Handle Interactive input into carrier's systems (changes, new business, renewals, etc.)
-Send or Upload direct-bill payments to company
-Perform any other duties or projects assigned by management

8:30am to Close Monday through Friday
